American Academy of Pediatrics: Navigating Social Media with Tweens and Teens ECHO

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health is excited to launch its first learning collaborative for parents and caregivers: Navigating Social Media with Tweens and Teens ECHO What to Expect: This no-cost virtual program will combine presentations from experts and encourage parents and caregivers to ask questions and share experiences. They will address tough topics such as: • What is happening developmentally and how does this influence social media habits? • When does digital media become a problem? • What do parents and caregivers need to know? Program Details: • Duration: Four weekly one-hour sessions • Time: Tuesdays at 3 p.m. ET, 2 p.m. CT • Dates: October 29, November 5, November 12, and November 19 Questions?
