Snapshot of WV’s System for Youth with Mental Health-Related Needs
Youth who were in a residential mental health treatment facility in 850 children in June 2025 compared to 856 in June 2024.
Youth and their families who received assistance from HELP4WV OR a mobile response service provider January to June 2025. The Children’s Crisis and Referral Line helps connect families with resources, crisis stabilization, and mobile response.
Youth who utilized CSED Waiver services from January to June 2025 compared to 878 January to June 2024. Connection to Wraparound in home services prevents the need for youth to leave their communities unnecessarily.
