 Youth and their families who received assistance from HELP4WV OR a mobile response service provider July to December 2022. The Children’s Crisis and Referral Line helps connect families with resources, crisis stabilization, and mobile response.

 Youth who utilized CSED Waiver services from January-March 2023, compared to 270 in January-March 2022. Connection to Wraparound in home services prevents the need for youth to leave their communities unnecessarily.
