 Youth and their families who received assistance from HELP4WV OR a mobile response service provider January to June 2023. The Children’s Crisis and Referral Line helps connect families with resources, crisis stabilization, and mobile response.

 Youth who utilized CSED Waiver services from January-June 2023, compared to 597 in July-December 2022. Connection to Wraparound in home services prevents the need for youth to leave their communities unnecessarily.
